Experienced Painter

We are looking for an experienced painter to join our crew. This role includes assignments across active commercial and industrial job sites with varying project scopes. We need someone who is reliable, efficient, safety-minded, and comfortable on active job sites with tight schedules and changing conditions.

Pay range: $19 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform interior and exterior painting on commercial and industrial job sites

  • Complete prep tasks including masking, caulking, patching, sanding, and surface cleaning

  • Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

  • Follow job specifications, product data sheets, and supervisor direction

  • Maintain clean work areas and handle equipment safely

  • Work efficiently to meet project timelines while maintaining professional standards

  • Coordinate with crew members and other trades on active sites

  • Operate ladders, lifts, and job-site equipment safely

  • Load/unload materials and assist with daily setup and cleanup

  • Follow all PPE requirements and job-site safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with spray equipment (airless, texture, etc)

  • Familiarity with commercial project sequencing and coordination

  • OSHA 10 Construction or willingness to obtain

  • OSHA Aerial & Scissor Lift Certification or willingness to obtain

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, daytime hours, occasional overtime based on project needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial or industrial painting

  • Strong understanding of prep work, coating systems, and application methods

  • Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in active construction environments

  • Reliable transportation and consistent, punctual attendance

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work

  • Willingness to travel to job sites across the region

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

  • Commitment to safe work habits and professional conduct
